Clayton County confirms Water Authority seats, board appointments and three personnel hires

Human Resources presented three personnel items that the board approved: hiring Simone Leonard as assistant to the chief operating officer at an advanced step (annual impact $14,851), appointing Keith Rowland as interim director of Transportation and Development effective Feb. 14 (new salary $151,013 per year, net of a discontinued $5,000 supplement), and hiring Tiffany Boulware as staff attorney effective Jan. 3 at a salary of $116,337 (annualized impact $35,982 noted in the record).
