Council then approved a resolution authorizing the mayor to sign a client services agreement with Zomo Health LLC to provide employee wellness services, effective Jan. 1, 2026. The motion was made by Council member Dan Smith and seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Chris Harris; the motion carried by voice vote.
Separately, the council authorized a service agreement Schedule A with Alsco Inc. for uniform services for Public Works under board contract number 773‑25 for a three‑year term. Council member Roy Robertson moved the measure; Council member Dan Smith seconded and the motion carried.
The consent agenda, moved by Mayor Pro Tem Chris Harris and seconded by Council member Dan Smith, was also approved without recorded opposition.
