Staff reported receipt of a same‑day letter from property owners Barbara and Brian Gardner expressing concerns about the proposed reversion and requested a continuance so staff can address those concerns and perform additional outreach or analysis as necessary.
Commissioner Gerry Hammond moved to continue the item off calendar; the motion passed 5–0.
Next steps: Staff will confer with the property owners, assess the concerns raised in the letter and return the item to a future agenda once the record and stakeholder concerns are addressed.
