Irving council approves consent agenda, moves public comments to end and acts on zoning cases

- Denied a request to allow an accessory dwelling unit at 505 Thompson Street; planning and zoning had recommended denial and the council voted to deny the case unanimously. Staff described a 60‑day remediation/inspection timeline if a denial is upheld.
