During routine business on Feb. 3, the Ward 3 Neighborhood Advisory Board approved a modified agenda (staff report moved to the end), approved the December and January meeting minutes, and later adjourned. Motions were made and seconded on the floor and passed by voice vote; individual roll-call votes were not recorded in the meeting transcript.
The board did not take formal action on the development item (Costco fuel relocation) or the public-engagement presentation; staff encouraged members to submit project-review worksheets or public comment to the planning commission and relevant departments.
Adjournment was moved by board member Anthony Dispenzieri and seconded; the meeting concluded with a voice vote. The NAB’s next regular meeting was announced as March 3.
