Farmers, students and interns welcomed; legislators urged to wear red for American Heart Month

The gentleman from Saint Charles County introduced students visiting from DECA (Distributive Educational Clubs of America) for 'Donuts with DECA.' Another member introduced interns from campuses around the state and asked legislators to welcome them.
Announcements included a request from the women legislators of Missouri asking members to wear red on Thursday, Feb. 5, in recognition of American Heart Month; notices about upcoming informational sessions on tax credits and a rural health-care initiative meeting scheduled for Monday at 1 p.m. in Hearing Room 1; a reminder about Northwest Days and a labor caucus meeting Monday at 12:30 p.m. in House Hearing Room 4; and a Ways and Means committee meeting to convene immediately after adjournment.
The session concluded without substantive floor debate on policy items and adjourned until 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 2, 2026.
