Farm Museum staffing: The board authorized creating a full-time summer camp coordinator/assistant curator position at the Carroll County Farm Museum, combining two part-time positions to support a growing camp program (the museum reported $23,766 in camp revenue in 2024 and $20,375 already taken in 2025 with 201 campers signed to date). County staff estimated the salary-and-benefits cost at $64,225.40; the motion passed.
