The West Bend Plan Commission voted to approve an extraterritorial certified survey map that combines two adjacent lots at 5344 and 5350 Woodland Drive on Silver Lake into a single parcel. City staff said the property lies within the city's planning area and the Silver Lake sanitary sewer district and that the CSM identifies existing easements; staff recommended approval as presented.
Chair Matt Sternick called for a motion; the commission moved and seconded the item and approved it by voice vote with no public comment recorded. Staff will record the CSM and ensure easement documentation is retained for public records.
The approval is administrative in nature and does not change land use beyond eliminating the internal lot line; any future development on the combined parcel would require standard permitting and compliance with existing sewer district rules.
