The West Bend Plan Commission on Monday approved a planned unit development (PUD) overlay, a site plan and a certified survey map for ZPU‑25‑009, SP‑25‑025 and CSM‑25‑015 — a proposal to consolidate eight platted lots into one property and build six duplex buildings (12 dwelling units) on the west side of Stratford Road, about 450 feet north of Highmount Street. Chair Matt Sternick, Alderman District 4, presided over the meeting.
