Board rejects pause in billing for Delville property, continues standard collections

Speaker 6 moved that the district continue the existing billing and collections process; the motion was seconded and carried on roll call.
The board did not direct staff to disconnect or to alter the standard collections process; staff will continue to follow established billing and disconnect procedures.
