The council approved a package of liquor‑license items (23–33) on Sept. 16 after city licensing staff reviewed the applications and confirmed they met legal requirements.
City Attorney Feifley told the council that items 23 through 33 had been reviewed by the city's licensing team and met all legal requirements. The items included new 2025 retail on‑sale licenses (Black Street Partners, BT Investments LLC, Deuce's Casino), new 2025 package off‑sale licenses for several Circle K stores at different addresses, and transfers of existing licenses to High Roller Casino for several locations.
Councilor Veil moved approval and Councilor Thomason seconded; the council recorded a unanimous vote in favor (6‑0).
No public testimony was offered on these items at the meeting. The approvals were routine actions advancing local business licensing for the 2025 licensing period.
