Discussion focused on edit permissions and whether commissioners prefer proactive invitations or a sign-up pool; commissioners generally favored a sign-up approach that considers individual availability.
Toward the end of the meeting a commissioner moved to retain Amanda and Rachel as leaders for 2026; another commissioner seconded the motion and the chair called for objections. The chair recorded the motion as approved after an 'All in favor' vote and said Gabby and the chair (Amanda) will serve for the rest of 2026.
The commission adjourned following the vote.
