At the start of the meeting the board voted to approve the March 19 meeting minutes with a correction changing the reference from "Co Chair" to "Vice Chair" (Rebecca Berry). Jim Perricone moved to approve the minutes with that amendment; the motion carried on a voice vote.
Later in the meeting, after approving Special Use Permit 2025‑44‑SUP for a helistop at Johnston Medical Center, the board voted to adopt the prepared findings of fact, conclusions, and order presented in the packet (pages 57–60). Counsel noted it is acceptable to adopt the written findings at the same hearing when there is no opposition; the board approved them to avoid a 30‑day delay.
Staff presented the Board of Adjustment's proposed meeting calendar for 2026 (generally Wednesdays); the board moved, seconded, and approved the schedule by voice vote. With no further items, the meeting was adjourned.
