- McCarthy Strategic Solutions lobbying contract (Feb. 1, 2026–Jan. 31, 2027): Approved (monthly fee $5,000 plus expenses). Outcome: approved; tally (voice): 7–0 in favor.
- Kentucky EMS Ambulance Block Grant application (ventilator): Authorized application and follow-up; ventilator estimated at $23,312.93 with a $10,000 grant request and county share estimated per interlocal agreement. Outcome: approved; tally (voice): 7–0 in favor.
- Kentucky Fire Commission PPE grant application: Authorized application to cover turnout gear (coats and pants). Outcome: approved; tally (voice): 7–0 in favor.
- HMB work order amendment No. 1 (Forks of Elkhorn archaeological survey, $9,250): Approved. Outcome: approved; tally (voice): 7–0 in favor.
- Budget amendment #3 (first reading) and other finance motions: First reading completed where indicated; approvals to receive reports and move budget transfers were passed per the minutes. Outcome: motions to receive reports and transfers approved.
- Appointments and reappointments: Several board appointments and reappointments were approved (Extension Office appointments, Board of Zoning Adjustments reappointments). Outcome: approved.
