Plain City honors public works for snow response after Level 3 emergency

Council discussed modest tokens of appreciation and one council member reported proposing four hours of paid time as a small recognition. The mayor said a formal presentation to public works will occur the following day.
The recognition was ceremonial; no additional budget appropriation or personnel action was taken at the meeting beyond the planned presentation and the proposed time‑off acknowledgement.
