The purpose is to obtain direction from the community about acceptable funding strategies and whether the council should consider long-term leases or deed‑restricted affordable housing as a revenue source for the civic center. Staff will compile edits, circulate the draft to councilors, and upload the final survey materials for the upcoming joint meeting.
