After discussion the commission chose not to include term limits in the bylaws at this time.
The commission moved and seconded a motion to approve the amended bylaws with the insertion that the director or deputy director serves as secretary. The motion passed on a roll-call vote recorded as 5 yeas, 0 nays in the meeting record. Staff will finalize the clean version for signature and distribution to the Board and post the approved minutes on the county meeting portal.
