Nashua ZBA tables Teak Drive wetland exception to Feb. 10

The Nashua Zoning Board of Adjustment on Jan. 12 granted the City of Nashua's request to continue a wetland special-exception application for 25 Teak Drive to the board's Feb. 10 hearing.
Deputy Planning Manager Carter Fock told the board the case "will not be held tonight. That will be on 02/10/2026," and said the applicant (Nashua Fire Rescue, through Chief Buxton) asked for the continuance to allow time to update the waterline plan and to brief the Conservation Commission, which meets Feb. 3.
Chair Jaylen Cara read the city's letter into the record, which said the revised approach is expected to "reduce the temporary wetland impact and minimize the visual impact for the neighbors." Board members made a motion to table the case to the Feb. 10 date-certain and the motion passed.
The board recorded no formal vote tally in the hearing transcript. Chair Cara noted that the recusal request tied to this item would be addressed when the case returns to the board.
