"Staff recommends submitting the proposed rule for publication in the Texas Register for a 30 day public comment period," O'Brien said.
A commissioner moved to approve the proposed amendments for publication and the motion passed without objection. Staff asked permission to make minor non‑substantive edits required by the Texas Register and the Office of the Secretary of State.
