The board then made the formal motions and seconds: Mary Foy was elected chair and Sean McCarley was elected vice chair in recorded voice votes.
Board members thanked staff for keeping the election process on track. The meeting concluded after a procedural motion to adjourn.
Separately, staff updated the board on related ADU items: the 30-day appeal period on a previous ADU decision expired with no appeal filed and staff said a related item is scheduled before City Council on March 5; the original ADU applicant withdrew a use-permit application and modified plans, which staff said makes a pending appeal moot and recommended council vacate the DRC decision.
