The Montgomery County Board of Commissioners used its Feb. 3 meeting to approve a series of routine administrative and procurement items.
Actions approved included minutes for Jan. 5 and Jan. 22, 2026; a resolution designating Chief Operating Officer Lee Saltysiak as the county signatory for submissions to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation; approval of a personnel list dated Feb. 2, 2026; and several contract-award and renewal items listed in Exhibits A–D, including procurement items for county departments and the Southeast PA Regional Task Force. The board also moved and carried approvals for salary-board items presented by county human-resources staff.
The board took voice votes on the motions and commissioners responded with “Aye”; the transcript records the outcomes as motions carrying without detailing roll-call tallies. Commissioners and staff emphasized continued attention to budget management and said the county is looking closely at large contract amounts and ongoing efforts to identify savings.
