• IT HVAC and backup power purchase (information systems): Approved 9–0. The finance committee recommended procurement for cooling and battery backup for IT at a cost not to exceed $50,000, funded from the 2026 information systems capital equipment budget.
• Approval of council minutes and proceedings (01/07/2026): Approved by unanimous consent.
