On a motion based on testimony and the staff report, the board approved application HPB25‑85 conditioned on the submitted staff items and added requirements: (1) a full demolition plan with floor/slab/roof elevations showing facade‑by‑facade demolition for staff review; (2) east‑facade articulation beyond a single score line, to be reviewed by staff; and (3) staff review to confirm the extent of demolition does not exceed the board’s expectation or require return to the board. The motion carried by voice vote.
