Commissioner Geyer moved to adopt the staff recommendation; the motion received a second and passed unanimously by roll call vote.
By adopting the resolution, LAFCO will remove CSA 32 from its roster of active service areas; staff said the action follows findings made in the 2021 municipal service review that identified the district as inactive. No additional changes to county revenues or service responsibilities were raised at the hearing.
The commission did not receive requests for public testimony on the item.
