• CCN decertification: Council approved decertifying an approximately 10‑acre tract from the city’s Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) to allow Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 6 to provide water and sewer service, while the land remains inside the city limits and subject to property taxation.
