He said a 2027 program will upgrade traffic signals along the Court Street corridor with improved sensing technology intended to increase vehicle flow while accommodating pedestrians. Denham also described preliminary engineering for the Five Points intersection aimed at improving pedestrian safety without substantially impeding traffic.
