Bullhead City — The Bullhead City Council on Aug. 5 approved a set of contracts and funding measures that the city manager said will support street repairs, social-services partners and municipal operations.
The council approved an intergovernmental agreement with the state of Arizona to accept $1,500,000 toward repaving Hancock Road. The manager said the project is expected to cost about $3 million in total and staff will coordinate design and additional budgeting; the IGA passed unanimously.
Council members also approved the fifth amendment to the city’s memorandum of agreement with Catholic Charities Community Services in support of the Legacy Foundation’s Christine Stamper Center, which adds monthly reporting requirements including counts of PATH…
