Board members asked about the local match for interstate projects and ARPA spending. Staff acknowledged the project list is large and multi‑department coordination is ongoing; Planning said it would follow up with Public Works and Finance for specific match figures.
Staff recommended approval and the board approved the draft CIP (Approve 6 to 0). Planning staff said the CIP remains subject to final budget adoption and departmental coordination.
