SARATOGA COUNTY — The Saratoga County Health and Human Services Committee on Feb. 3 approved a resolution to accept $174,531 in additional funding from the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, administered through the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA), to continue a shelter‑arrears eviction installment program.
Pat Maxwell, who presented the resolution, said the additional award extends the program funding period to cover Oct. 1, 2024, through Sept. 30, 2026, and brings the total two‑year funding to $345,703. "The total funding for that 2 year period is $345,703," Maxwell said. He also said OTDA raised the county administrative fee from 10% to 15% for the full two‑year period.
