Council approves $7.785 million total NAPA parts contract after brief discussion

Alderman Hanauer told the council he would support the measure but hopes the city seeks competition for future contracts, saying he had been contacted by another parts supplier and would like a rebid in the future. "Maybe we get some competition," Hanauer said.
After a short discussion the council voted to place the ordinance on final passage; the transcript records the motion passing with 10 voting yes and none voting no.
