Council approved revised engineering resolutions (Resolution 2026-06 and Resolution 2026-07) after staff confirmed corrections. The council agreed to list surplus lead boxes for sale and accept bids, and it approved a safe-digging resolution (Resolution 2026-08) following hiring actions.
Several votes were noted as unanimous (voice votes recorded as carried, with many items showing a 7-0 result in the record). Council also discussed the Blue Street Bridge maintenance arrangement and sent a finalized notice/letter (NLU) to the school district so the item can be placed on the next meeting's consent agenda for formal vote.
