Directors asked clarifying questions about the phrase “return on investment” (ROI); the board amended the language to specify qualitative and quantitative ROI and to reference student services and outcomes. The amended motion passed.
What’s next: Staff will proceed with project close‑out activities for Interlake, onboard DAC representatives and implement the revised budget-guidelines and parameters into upcoming budget work.
