Brush Creek to host PDGA World Juniors events in July; county expects about 600 participants

He said Brush Creek is scheduled to host events over three days within the July 3–10 window, with county events expected on July 5, July 7 and July 9. Donnie estimated about 600 participants will be involved over the three days.
"So so the the investment into the disc golf community is paying dividends, and and it's being recognized," Donnie said, noting the county’s prior investments in disc-golf facilities have helped secure the opportunity.
Commissioners reacted positively and noted the county would need to coordinate logistics and land use agreements as needed; no formal motions or votes appeared on this item in the public record.
