Director Taylor (as introduced in the meeting) and staff described a construction-plan request for a newly created 0.54-acre lot and a related final plan to re-subdivide 6.44 acres into two lots (Lot 1: 5.9 acres; Lot 2: 0.54 acres). Staff told commissioners the master plan for the subdivision had been approved on 01/05/2026 and recommended approval of the submitted plans with the conditions listed in the staff report.
