Board members also confirmed that annual fees and paperwork for horse-drawn carriage operators had been paid by Chattanooga Carriage Company.
A board member moved to approve the permit renewals; the motion was seconded by the chair and carried by voice vote. The chair called for the vote, and several members responded "Aye." No dissenting votes were recorded on the audio record.
The board recorded no old business and no additional new business on the consent items. After the consent actions, the meeting shifted to a discussion of a separate agenda item about rate recommendations to the city council.
