The surveyor/staff confirmed the plat covers approximately 47.3 acres and noted the barn will require a separate improvement location permit and drainage review. A motion to approve the minor subdivision was made, seconded and approved.
The board also approved the certificate of assessments for annual maintenance for 2026. Surveyor/staff reported 224 drains were flagged for collection this year and described the board's chosen collection threshold and process. Staff said the certification will be forwarded to the treasurer and auditors for billing.
