Water Utilities Trust approves routine business, hears credit-rating and lake-level updates

The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust convened Oct. 21, approved routine business and received short updates before adjourning.
The trustees approved the minutes of the Oct. 7 meeting without discussion. The meeting moved and passed a consent docket of approximately 14–15 items, which the chair said included several change orders, amendments and assignments. The trustees also approved a single concurrence item with the City of Oklahoma City regarding a Chapel Hill project; the chair noted there are no ACWIT funds involved in that concurrence.
A trustee acknowledged the reaffirmation of the trust's credit ratings by Moody's and Standard & Poor's and thanked staff for their efforts in maintaining the trust's strong credit standing amid recent debt issuances. General Manager Josh provided a brief operational update on lake storage, saying Draper and Heffner were "about a foot and a half below full pool," Atoka about "3.63 below" full pool and McGee Creek "about 2 foot below full pool," which he said the trust expects will recover.
No members of the public had signed up to speak, and the chair adjourned the meeting.
