At its Nov. 19 meeting, the Oklahoma City Deferred Compensation Board approved several administrative and plan‑design items.
The board voted to use funds from the administrative revenue account to purchase additional education days for calendar year 2026; the motion passed. Trustees then approved amendments to the investment policy statement (appendix A) to memorialize the fund lineup, benchmarks and peer group information for the plan’s investment options. The board approved adding comparable investment options for the City’s Roth 457(b) plan so those options mirror the existing plan menus.
Finally, trustees received and approved the board’s regular meeting schedule for 2026. Each of these items was moved, seconded and passed in sequence during the meeting; the transcript records the motions as passing but does not provide individual roll‑call tallies for each vote.
Taken together, the approvals implement administrative spending for education, formalize the fund menu in the policy document and complete a procedural step to offer equivalent investment choices in the Roth 457(b) plan.
