At Wiley Post Airport trustees approved an assignment agreement for a T-hangar unit, ratified an addendum with Bell Contracting for terminal apron pavement rehabilitation, approved a farmland lease amendment, an amendment for drainage improvements, and authorized purchase of professional services for perimeter fence and gates design.

Trustees also approved general items including an amendment for annual paving repairs, revised commercial passenger air operational requirements, and a temporary waiver of consultant selection guidelines for procurement of construction and program management services.
The chair called for motions and seconds on the listed items and recorded that the items "pass[ed]" after each request for approval. The meeting transcript does not record individual vote tallies or named movers and seconders for the consent items.
