Lakewood — During the Dec. 15 study session, Councilor Roger Lowe reported that the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) has a new chair and said he will provide periodic HPC updates. Lowe also said councilors and staff received an invitation from Chris Connor to tour the renovated navigation center at two scheduled times on Thursday, Jan. 8. City staff said invitations will be extended to other city councils and county managers so they can tour the facility.
