Safety update: 27 of 52 Mesquite ISD campuses audited for intruder detection; no findings reported so far

"We're at 27 of our 52 campuses have been seen by the auditor. Still no findings," Taylor said.
Taylor emphasized the district's ongoing focus on safety and said that any matters requiring additional review would be handled in the safety and security committee or in executive session, as appropriate. The board did not discuss corrective actions in open session because there were no findings to report.
The update concluded the scheduled agenda items for the meeting before trustees moved to adjourn.
