Planning Commission approves Cane Harbor Bay replat and grants sidewalk waiver for Laguna Shores

"Staff has reviewed the plat ... and deemed that it is compliant with the Texas local government code as well as the Unified Development Code," Dimas said. The replat was approved by voice vote as part of the consent agenda.
