OKC Planning Commission approves multiple rezonings and PUD technical evaluations, defers major County Line Road PUD after hours of debate

In separate action the commission recommended approval of SPUD 1781 (2232 SW 59th) with amendments restricting allowed uses and removing sit‑down eating and alcohol retail sales from the SPUD; staff and the applicant agreed to limit the range of eating uses and to allow a food truck and a coffee‑shop/bakery configuration. Commissioner Newman moved to recommend approval to city council subject to amended technical evaluations.
