Tiburon resident urges town action on Ring Mountain boundary and access issues

At the beginning of the meeting’s public-comment period, Fiona O'Connor, a long-term Tiburon resident with property on Paradise Drive, described a series of boundary and access problems affecting land adjacent to Ring Mountain.
O'Connor said she has completed an "extensive survey" and met with the city engineer and planner, who she said agreed to inspect the property and assist with vegetation management. She asked the town to study a creek-based boundary issue and to look into Shepherd's Way, which she described as a public road with no assessor parcel number that the town leases for maintenance to a homeowners association yet is used as an entrance to Ring Mountain and functions as her secondary egress. She said she would submit the survey and additional documentation to staff.
The council and staff indicated they would accept her materials and staff directed her to hand documents to staff for filing. No action was taken at the meeting beyond staff agreeing to review the submitted materials; Ms. O'Connor said she will continue attending meetings until the town responds.
