Plain City — The Plain Planning & Zoning Commission opened its first session of 2026 with nominations and roll-call approvals for leadership: a motion to appoint Mister Swank as chair passed and a subsequent motion to appoint Mister McCullough as vice chair also carried on recorded affirmations.
The outgoing presiding officer turned the meeting over to the newly elected chair to conduct the remainder of the session. The commission then approved minutes from its Dec. 17, 2025 meeting.
The leadership votes were recorded on the meeting record by roll-call affirmations and no dissent was recorded during the session.
