Staff reported that the final document reflected no changes to the six recommendations from the draft, and noted updates added to the final report: Los Trancos County Maintenance District fund balance of approximately $1,700,000; the Blue Oaks loan duration listed as 69 years; and the district’s FY 2025–26 adopted budget of $534,000. Staff also said it had offered a virtual workshop and notified advisory committees; no attendees joined the workshop.
The commission opened a public hearing, received no public comment, and approved the final report and determinations by roll call.
Next steps: the adopted determinations will be posted with the final report and staff will proceed with any follow‑up coordination identified in the MSR.
