Lights, Camera, Fashion returns Feb. 19 to raise funds for Saint Jude; tickets on sale

Lights, Camera, Fashion will return to the Carl Perkins Civic Center on Thursday, Feb. 19, with organizers saying the student-run fundraiser will donate all proceeds to Saint Jude.
"This is year number 15 for us," said Stacy Hodges, the event's fundraising leader, who encouraged viewers to buy general-admission tickets in advance for $12 and noted a $15 price at the door. Hodges gave a phone contact for ticket purchases and model fundraising: Jenna at 668-8813.
Hodges described recurring fundraising activities used by participants, including a cookbook project and community events such as a shrimp boil and model-led sales. Hodges said the show raised $305,000 last year and that the program has generated more than $1 million cumulatively over its history.
Top model Kate Payne and 2025 most-photogenic Molly Knuckles joined Hodges to explain that the program focuses on entrepreneurship and leadership skills for junior and senior high school girls, not a beauty pageant. "It's ultimately a fundraiser for Saint Jude," Hodges said.
Organizers said advance tickets are available now at listed contacts; the event will also be broadcast live on Channel 6.
