Deputy Chief Operating Officer Larry Medallia updated the board on capital projects. He said Phase 2 renovations at the agricultural center are moving along, and when completed the AgCenter will house several county and partner offices, including Penn State Extension and the USDA. Renovations at the county’s South Campus are also underway and will relocate archives, parts of election services, workforce development and other offices to free downtown space.
The board reviewed a range of personnel items and appointments that were listed on the agenda, and multiple local‑share grant applications were read into the record. The chair announced no public comment was received in person or online and the meeting was adjourned.
