Officials said all mailed ballots had been processed at the time of the report and encouraged voters who had not received a requested mail-in ballot to contact Elections Services to cancel and reissue a replacement.
Commissioners emphasized that mail-in ballots must be physically received by Elections Services by 8 p.m. on Election Day (Nov. 5), not merely postmarked. They urged voters to use one of three county drop boxes or deliver a replacement ballot directly to Elections Services if they are concerned about timely postal delivery. "If for some reason you do not get it or you are concerned that you will not get it before election day, you can give the elections services office a call, and they can cancel that one and issue you a replacement one right at the office," a commissioner said.
