Forest Park council votes to excuse Councilwoman Clark from early portion of meeting, 5–1

At the start of the Feb. 2 Forest Park City Council meeting, Council Member Adams moved to excuse Councilwoman Clark’s absence from that portion of the meeting; Council Member Brown seconded the motion. The council called a voice vote and the mayor recorded five ayes and one nay, and the motion carried.
Shortly thereafter the clerk noted that Councilwoman Clark had arrived and should be recorded as present. No additional action or penalties were discussed.
